How does shipping work?

As of now we offer hand delivery in South Florida to addresses located in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County and nation-wide shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Of course! We want to make sure that your recipient receives their gift box within the window of your desired delivery date. Please email us at info@shophautbox.com if anything changes, so we can plan an alternate arrangement.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Since we do our very best to make sure your gift box is in the best shape when it arrives, all sales are final. If you find a damaged or defective product in your gift box please email us immediately at info@shophautbox.com.

Do you offer customized gift boxes?

Absolutely, it’s kind of our thing! We love curating gifts for a special recipient or for an upcoming event. Please fill out the custom order form and we will get back to you within 24 hours! 

Do you offer corporate gift boxes?

Definitely. We are all about working together with businesses to curate specialty gift boxes for the holidays, parties or for corporate outreach.  Please fill out the the custom order form and we will get back to you within 24 hours!
